Refund policy
Every Tuladan is a sacred offering. As soon as your booking is confirmed, we begin arranging fresh green fodder for the mother cows in your name. We humbly ask for your understanding on the points below.
01Payments are not refunded
Once the amount for a Tuladan is paid, it cannot be refunded or cancelled. The fodder is arranged for the cows and the offering is made in your name, so the amount becomes part of the seva itself. We are grateful for your trust.
02We will gladly correct your Sankalpa
If there is a mistake in a name, Gotra, relation, weight, date or tithi, please tell us on WhatsApp or by email as soon as you notice it. We will correct it before the rite is performed, at no extra cost.
03Changing the date
If you need a different date, write to us before the rite and we will do our best to arrange it.
04If we cannot perform the rite on your date
If, for any reason on our side, the Tuladan cannot be performed on the chosen date, we will perform it on the next suitable date and let you know on WhatsApp.
05If you are charged twice by mistake
If a technical error charges you twice for the same booking, send us the payment details and we will return the extra amount.
