01Your account

To book, you sign in with Google. From Google we receive only your name, email address and profile photo. Your account keeps your contact numbers and your Tuladans, so you can follow their progress and book again. Under “Your details” it also keeps your own name, Gotra, address and, only while “Remember my birth details” is switched on, your date, time and place of birth, so booking forms can fill them in for you. What you enter when booking a Tuladan for yourself is saved there too. You can change or clear any of it on that page, and switching “Remember” off deletes your birth details from your account.

02What we collect

• The names, Gotra and relation you enter for the Sankalpa
• The weight, occasion and date or tithi of the Tuladan
• For Kundli Tuladan, the date, time and place of birth (kept on your account only if you choose to remember them). The list of towns to choose from is from GeoNames (geonames.org, CC BY 4.0) and is searched on your own phone.
• The city you book from (kept on your account, to fill in your next booking)
• Your address, if you add it
• Your WhatsApp number

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card or UPI details.

03Why we need it

To prepare and read your Sankalpa, weigh the right amount of fodder, schedule the rite, and send you the video and updates about your booking on WhatsApp.

04Your video

The video of your rite is sent only to the WhatsApp number you give us. We do not publish it without your permission.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal information. It is used only by our team, by our payment provider to take the payment, or where the law requires it.

06How long we keep it

We keep your account and bookings so you can see them in your profile, and as simple records of our seva. You can ask us to delete your account and details at any time.

07Cookies and this website

We use only essential cookies. A secure cookie keeps you signed in, and a short-lived one protects the Google sign-in step. In your own browser the site remembers your language choice (English or Hindi), that you have seen our cookie note, and the booking details you are filling in, so they are still there at checkout; those booking details are cleared after 3 days. If you choose “Accept” on our cookie note, we also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used; it sets its own cookies and Google processes that data under its privacy policy. If you choose “Essential only”, Google Analytics is not loaded. We do not use advertising cookies.

01आपका खाता

बुक करने के लिए आप Google से साइन इन करते हैं। Google से हमें केवल आपका नाम, ईमेल पता और प्रोफ़ाइल फ़ोटो मिलती है। आपके खाते में आपके संपर्क नंबर और आपके तुलादान सहेजे जाते हैं, ताकि आप उनकी प्रगति देख सकें और फिर से बुक कर सकें। “आपका विवरण” में आपका अपना नाम, गोत्र, पता और, केवल जब तक “मेरा जन्म विवरण याद रखें” चालू है, आपकी जन्म तिथि, समय और स्थान भी रखे जाते हैं, ताकि बुकिंग फ़ॉर्म अपने आप भर जाएँ। अपने लिए तुलादान बुक करते समय आप जो भरते हैं, वह भी वहीं सहेजा जाता है। आप उस पेज पर इसे कभी भी बदल या हटा सकते हैं, और “याद रखें” बंद करने पर आपका जन्म विवरण खाते से मिट जाता है।

02हम क्या जानकारी लेते हैं

• संकल्प के लिए आपके द्वारा दिए गए नाम, गोत्र और संबंध
• तुलादान का वज़न, अवसर और तिथि
• कुंडली तुलादान के लिए जन्म तिथि, समय और स्थान (खाते में केवल तभी रखे जाते हैं जब आप इन्हें याद रखना चुनें)। चुनने के लिए शहरों की सूची GeoNames (geonames.org, CC BY 4.0) से है और आपके अपने फ़ोन पर ही खोजी जाती है।
• जिस शहर से आप बुक करते हैं (अगली बुकिंग में भरने के लिए खाते में रखा जाता है)
• आपका पता, यदि आप जोड़ें

भुगतान हमारे भुगतान प्रदाता द्वारा संभाला जाता है। आपके कार्ड या UPI का विवरण हम न देखते हैं, न रखते हैं।

03इसकी ज़रूरत क्यों है

आपका संकल्प तैयार करने और पढ़ने, सही मात्रा में चारा तौलने, अनुष्ठान की तिथि तय करने, और WhatsApp पर वीडियो व बुकिंग की जानकारी भेजने के लिए।

04आपका वीडियो

आपके अनुष्ठान का वीडियो केवल आपके दिए गए WhatsApp नंबर पर भेजा जाता है। आपकी अनुमति के बिना हम उसे प्रकाशित नहीं करते।

05जानकारी किसके साथ साझा होती है

हम आपकी निजी जानकारी न बेचते हैं, न साझा करते हैं। इसका उपयोग केवल हमारी टीम, भुगतान लेने के लिए हमारा भुगतान प्रदाता, या क़ानून द्वारा आवश्यक होने पर होता है।

06जानकारी कब तक रखी जाती है

हम आपका खाता और बुकिंग सहेजकर रखते हैं ताकि आप उन्हें अपनी प्रोफ़ाइल में देख सकें, और सेवा के सामान्य रिकॉर्ड के रूप में। आप कभी भी अपना खाता और विवरण हटाने के लिए कह सकते हैं।

07कुकीज़ और यह वेबसाइट

हम केवल ज़रूरी कुकीज़ का उपयोग करते हैं। एक सुरक्षित कुकी आपको साइन इन रखती है, और एक अल्पकालिक कुकी Google साइन-इन के चरण को सुरक्षित रखती है। आपके अपने ब्राउज़र में साइट आपकी भाषा की पसंद (अंग्रेज़ी या हिंदी), यह कि आपने हमारी कुकी सूचना देख ली है, और आपके द्वारा भरी जा रही बुकिंग की जानकारी याद रखती है, ताकि वह चेकआउट तक बनी रहे; यह बुकिंग जानकारी 3 दिन बाद मिट जाती है। यदि आप हमारी कुकी सूचना पर “स्वीकार करें” चुनते हैं, तो हम साइट पर आने वालों की गिनती और पेजों के उपयोग को समझने के लिए Google Analytics का भी उपयोग करते हैं; यह अपनी कुकीज़ सेट करता है और Google इस डेटा को अपनी गोपनीयता नीति के अनुसार संसाधित करता है। “केवल ज़रूरी” चुनने पर Google Analytics लोड नहीं होता। हम विज्ञापन कुकीज़ का उपयोग नहीं करते।
