• If you made a donation by mistake or there was an unauthorized transaction, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.

Refund Policy for Purchases

• Refunds for purchased charitable products (e.g., Tula Daan bundles) are processed only in cases of wrong deductions or transaction errors.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
• The time taken for the refund to reflect in your bank account depends on your bank’s policies.

Cancellations

• Once a donation is made, cancellations are not allowed.
• Orders for physical items (if applicable) can be canceled within 24 hours before shipping.
